Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how you can return it:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Certain items such as bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our team at returns@melrosecy.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, return the item through Akis Express Courier.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
